History

The Church of God Al-Ain United Arab Emirates started in March 1995 as Word for the World Ministries Al-Ain Church of God, an extension from Word for the World Dubai Church of God. Later after some of the Word for The World Ministries divided from the Church of God, the Church of God Al-Ain remained with the Church of God CLEVELAND, TENNESSE as the Word International Ministries (WIM) Al-Ain Church of God. In 2003 after the widespread division of WIM churches from the Church of God, a remnant from WIM Al-Ain Church of God composed of few members responded to the appeal letter of the General Overseer and the World Missions Director click here, to stay in partnership with the mother Church, the Church of God Cleveland, Tennessee where the sound teaching and the roots of the spiritual fathers of the church came from.

The Church of God Al-Ain United Arab Emirates grew from few members to a body of committed, faithful and Spirit filled workers who carry the Call of God and the Great Commission of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, communicating the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit.

The Church of God Al-Ain United Arab Emirates become the leading Church to reach out, to disciple and to plant multicultural churches and congregations of different nationalities and background including Filippino, Tamil, Ukraine, Srilankan, Kenyan, Arab, Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and other ethnic groups.

The Call of the Church of God Al-Ain, United Arab Emirates is at work with the Church of God Cleveland, Tennessee to fulfill the Vision - to evangelize and to disciple the multicultural society living in United Arab Emirates, in the neighbouring areas and abroad.
